Tips for a healthy night's rest

  • Having trouble falling asleep? Avoid fear or feelings of guilt. Don’t lose time worrying but get out of bed and do something else until you are really tired again.
  • Try to go to bed around the same time, every day.
  • Eat light in the evenings. Make sure you stop eating at least four hours before going to bed.
  • Keep calm before going to sleep. Try not to put in any great efforts – physically or intellectually – and try not to worry about things.
  • Be sure to sleep in a quiet, soothing room.
  • The ideal temperature to sleep in is between 16 and 18 °C.
